🔄 Return conditions

• Deadline: You have 15 days after receipt to request a return.

• Product Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags.

• Exceptions: Certain items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, sale items) cannot be returned.

📩 How to make a return?

1. Contact us via email/customer service, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will check the conditions and send you the return form if your request is eligible.

3. Pack the item carefully and follow the instructions provided.

4. Ship the package to the address indicated.

5. Receive your refund after validation of the return.

💰 Refund

• Deadline: Once the return is accepted, the refund will be made within 3 to 4 working days to your initial payment method.

• If the error comes from us (defective item, order error): We will cover the return costs.

• If the error is not ours (change of mind, wrong size ordered): Return costs are your responsibility.

• Refund: Once the return is accepted, the refund will be made within 5 working days to your initial payment method.
